I taught in a primary school for 17 years. Somewhere in there I was dealing with my own anxiety, stress and a lack of confidence in a lot of areas of my life, and a friend suggested I had some NLP, because it had really helped her.
It helped me. I got interested enough to retrain — practitioner first, then Master Practitioner — and a few years later I left teaching altogether to work solely as a therapist. Clinical hypnotherapy came after that, and then IEMT.
I am not corporate, nor am I ethereal. I am professional yet relaxed, kind but good-humoured, sensitive whilst honest. I work from home in Knowle because a comfortable room does half the job, and I see people online as well, which suits plenty of them better.
